FAQS

When will my order ship?

We aim to ship orders out within 1-2 business day after your order is placed. Items that are made to order take up to 7 business days to complete. If an item is "made to order" it will be listed in the description box. You will receive an email confirming your order has been shipped including a tracking number.

Orders do not ship on holidays. For more information please visit our Shipping policy.

When will sold out items be restocked?

A majority of our items are made in limited quantities to preserve the uniqueness of our brand. As such when our items sell out there is always the chance that they will not be brought back. However, occasionally we open the "Vault" and bring back items. For exclusives on restocked items be sure to follow us on Facebook & Instagram.

Do you offer wholesale?

No. All of our items are designed by us. We do not purchase anything in bulk and slap our logo on it. All  pieces in our collections are sketched and designed in-house and produced in small quantities. Some of our designs take several weeks to create hence the limited quantities available.

What are my payment options?

For our customers security, we offer PayPal as our only method of payment. Your order will be securely processed via PayPal's checkout service. PayPal accepts payments directly from your bank account as well as all major credit cards i.e. Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still process your payment by signing in to PayPal as a guest.

If you experience any difficulties at checkout please contact info@traceynicole.com

How do I take care of my sunglasses?

Lens

When you are not wearing your sunglasses always store them in the provided protective case/pouch. The lens is the most fragile part of any pair of sunglasses. No matter how well you protect your sunglasses the lens will unavoidably become oily and dirty. When cleaning your lens do not rub with your clothing, paper towel or tissue paper, you will scratch them. No, seriously... don't do it! Always use the microfiber cleaning cloth provided. If gently rubbing the lens with a micro fiber cloth does not remove all oil and dirt, use warm water and mild dish washing soap. Do not use any other type of cleaning soap other than a mild dish washing soap…the smallest drop will do. Use your fingers to gently clean the lens in a circular motion then rinse with water. Dry with your microfiber cloth.

Frame

Our frames are built to last! All frames are made of plastic, metal or a combination of the two. As such prolonged exposure to certain elements may not agree with your frames. Plastic frames such as acetate are sensitive to extreme heat. When you are not wearing your sunglasses keep them in the provided protective case/pouch and not left standing in direct sunlight. Most metal frames do not agree well with salt water. Limited exposure will not do any harm but prolonged exposure is not recommended...don't try to prove us wrong here, just trust us.

What are polarized lenses?

Some of our sunglasses have polarized lenses which means they are coated with a special film that reduces haze and the suns glare. By neutralizing glare, polarized lenses help you see objects more clearly and also help reduce the harmful effects of UV light.
